摘要
针对目前液压支架在升降过程中顶梁运动范围过大的问题,根据四连杆的设计要求,计算了四连杆机构的各部分尺寸,通过C++的MFC编制应用程序对四连杆机构进行了计算机优化设计,得到了支架顶梁运动曲线及顶梁的最大运动宽度为29.9 mm,满足顶梁运动轨迹最大宽度在70 mm的要求。
In view of the too large movement range of the hydraulic support in the proc, ess of lifting, the size of each part of four-bar linkage is calculated according to the design requirements, computer optimization design is carried out on four-bar linkage with compiled application by the MFC of C++. The biggest beam width of the gained movement curve is 29.9 mm, and meeting the requirements of top beam maximum width within 70 mm.
