带式输送机调速装置电气控制系统研究

Design of Electrical Control System of Belt Conveyor Speeder

针对现有的带式输送机软启动装置普遍存在结构复杂、设备升级改造投入大等问题,设计了一种新型带式输送机调速装置。介绍了该调速装置的结构及工作原理,带式输送机软启动模式及多机驱动功率平衡分配方案,以及电气控制系统的软硬件设计。

A new type of belt conveyor speeder is proposed to solving the problems as complex structure and great investment at early stage of soft start device of belt conveyor. The important designs are introduced in the paper, such as： the composition and working principle of the speeder, soft start model and control strategy of power balance with muhimotor driving, hard ware and soft ware design of electrical control system of the decice.
