摘要
阐述了一种采煤机自适应导向滑靴的新型结构,针对传统采煤机导向滑靴在仰俯采时由于倾角过大而出现卡死和导向滑靴处受力过大而导致其失效的问题,提出了一种能够通过改变采煤机倾角,降低导向滑靴自身受力,提高其使用寿命的新型导向滑靴结构,解决了以往导向滑靴在仰俯采工况时频繁更换,行走轮断齿的问题。也为采煤机导向滑靴设计提供了新思路。
The paper elaborated a new structure of guided sliding boots which could self-adapted, In view of the failure question that guided sliding boots of traditional coal mining machine get stuck and stressed due to the large inclination angle When it mining up and down, proposed a new structure of guided sliding boots which can reduce stress of guide sliding boots and improve the service life through changing angle of coal mining machine. Solved frequent change and broken teeth of walking wheel of guided sliding boots. And provided new ideas on design of guided sliding boots of coal mining machine .
