摘要
电液动三通分料器是煤矿地面生产系统最常用的分料设备之一,多用于改变物料的流向或对物料进行分流。当工艺需要单台带式输送机对2台带式输送机同时配煤,且配煤量不均等时,使用电液动三通分料器进行分流易出现分料翻板定位不准、受冲击载荷易变形、不能实现有效配煤的现象。分析了处于悬臂状态的翻板受力情况,将电液动三通分料器原有的翻板式结构改进为一个移动式的分煤尖装置,满足下游带式输送机不同配煤量的需求。
The electric hydraulic three way splitter is one of the most commonly feeding equipment on CPP conveyor transport system, used to change the flow of coal, or the material for diversion. While heh convey machine needs to feed two convey machines,and the hlending amount requires inequalily, using electric hydraulic?three way splitter, dosing flap structure prone positioning is not accurale, blending is not valid. In this paper, the rotation angle of the flap in a cantilever stale and the forces were analyzed, the original plate structural improvements for the triangular pyramid structure to meet the downstream conveyor ditferent volume requirements.
