摘要
针对淮北矿务局大俯采大倾角工作面采煤机存在的问题,对采煤机与刮板输送机进行一系列的设计改进,增大了采煤机的牵引力,提高了采煤机的装煤效果,减少了采煤机导向滑靴、支撑滑靴及行走轮的故障率,提高了生产效率。
By serial improvement of shearer and scraper conveyor aimed at the problem occur on large depression and angle seam at HUAIBEI coal bureau. Augment traction and improve loading effect of shearer.The faults frequency has been reduced ,the production efficiency has been greatly imoroved.
