摘要
针对现有PC600×400锤式破碎机锤头存在的缺点,对锤头的形状做了改进设计。通过碰撞平衡计算,给出锤头的设计尺寸。改进设计的锤头不但能较好地满足碰撞的平衡条件,又可使其使用寿命延长1倍,具有一定的推广价值。
The article discusses design improvements of the shape of the hammer head to overcome the shortages of PC600×400 hammer crusher＇s hammer. The hammer head size is designed by calculation of collision balance. Hammer head improves design not only can meet the conditions of collision balance better, but also can make its working life double. It has certain promotion value.
