摘要
为了实现采煤机摇臂高度的自动控制,提出了采煤机滚筒采高测量的问题,确定并设计了基于绝对值编码器的测量方案。阐述了采高测量的原理,建立数学模型,并确定软件设计的工作流程。
In order to realize the automatic control of shearer rocker arm, this paper presents the problem of measuring the height of roller. This design based on absolute-encoder measurement scheme. In this paper the principle of mining height calculation is explained, then the mathematical model is established. At last the software work flow is designed.
