摘要 给出了大型机电故障诊断系统中数据采集器的设计方案,包括信号调理、模数转换、数据存储和数据传输等部分。该系统通过FPGA内部硬件描述语言搭建起的功能模块和基于Nios II软核的嵌入式系统之间的协调处理,实现了对多片AD7606-4的并行控制,达到对诊断系统传感器数据的高精度并行采集,同时控制千兆以太网卡88E111实现了对数据的高速上传。 Gave a design scheme of data collector which was designed for mechanical and electrical diagnosis system, including signal conditioning, analog-to-digital conversion, data storage and data transmission and other parts. Parallel control of multi chip AD7606-4 was realized based on the coordination between the function modules, which was built by hardware language, and the embedded system based on NiosII soft core. It could upload the datas through ethernet with high-speed by the control of gigabit ethernet card 88E111.
