孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭26例临床分析

摘要 目的对26例孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭进行临床分析。方法选择我院孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭患者26例,同时入选26例健康体检者作为健康对照组。检测心脏血流多普勒E/A比值和血浆N-末端脑钠肽原(NT-pro BNP)。结果 (1)与健康对照组比较,孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭组E/A倒置,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),而左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、室间隔厚度(IVST)、左室射血分数(LVEF)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)与健康对照组比较,孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭组NT-pro BNP升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论孤立性心肌桥是舒张性心力衰竭病因之一,心脏血流多普勒E/A比值测定联合血浆NT-pro BNP检测有助于孤立性心肌桥舒张性心力衰竭诊断。 Objective To observe and clinical analysis of 26 cases with diastolic heart failure of isolation myocardial bridge.Methods To choose 26 cases with diastolic heart failure of isolation myocardial bridge in our hospital,and select 26 cases of healthy physical examination as healthy controls group.Detect the blood flow doppler E/A ratio and plasma N -terminal brain natriuretic peptide original ( NT -proBNP).Results 1. Compared with control group,the E/A is inversion in the isolation myocardial bridge diastolic heart failure group, there was significant difference between the isolation myocardial bridge diastolic heart failure group and control group(P 〈0.01).However there was no significant difference of the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDd), interventricular septum thickness (IVST), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) between two groups.2.Compared with control group,the NT-proBNP in the isolation myocardial bridge diastolic heart failure group was increased, there was significant difference between two groups(P 〈0.01).Conclusions Isolation myocardial bridge is one of the reason of the diastolic heart failure, detect the blood flow doppler E/A ratio and plasma N -terminal brain natriuretic peptide original ( NT -proBNP ) was helps for the diagnosis about the diastolic heart failure of Isolation myocardial bridge.
