摘要
定义了绿色建筑评价体系指标敏感性的概念,指出了评价指标敏感性研究意义与研究方法。通过对美国新建建筑绿色评价体系LEED-NC认证项目评价指标得分率统计,从可持续场地、水资源利用效率、能源与大气、材料与资源、室内环境质量5个评价大类的角度,分析了LEED-NC2009评价指标的敏感性,并总结出其中敏感性较弱的评价指标。在此基础上,对敏感性较弱的指标进行了成因分析,结合LEED-NC4.0版本修订,提出在评价体系完善过程中对弱敏感性评价指标的应对策略。
The concept of indicator's sensitivity of green building rating system is identified, proposing the meaning and methodology of sensitivity research. With statistic on credit frequency indicators of evaluation items in LEED-NC certified projects, the paper analyzes indicator's sensitivity of LEED-NC2009 from five perspectives such as sustainable site, water efficiency, energy and atmosphere, material and resource, and indoor environmental quality. On this basis, the paper makes a cause analysis of poor sensitivity indicators and expounds a series of strategies combined with the revise of LEED-NC4.0.
