摘要
未来一个时期工业园区是我国分布式光伏发电技术的重点发展区域,仅各类开发区预计装机容量就可达到300GW。开展屋面的承载能力评估是在已有建筑上发展分布式光伏的首要工作。以泰安地区的某工业屋顶分布式光伏项目为例,详细介绍了永久荷载和可变荷载分析,并将计算值与专业建筑工程评估机构出具的复核值进行比较,根据评估结果确定了该工业厂房屋面的装机容量。以该屋面彩钢板的型式为依据,设计了相应的固定夹具,确定了各种部件之间的配合关系,介绍了该项目的施工设计方法。
Industrial park is an important area to develop distributed PV power generation. It is expected that capacity of installed PV system will be 300 GW in all kinds of development zones. It is a primary task to evaluate supporting capacity of industrial factory roof before installing PV module. Taking a PV project in Tai'an development zone for example, load of PV array is analyzed in detail including permanent load and variable load. Calculated value and assessed value are compared. According to compared result,capacity of PV system is fixed. A set of components are designed based on roof color steel plate. Construction design method is introduced.
