摘要 校企合作的办学模式是提高民办高校顾客价值的最佳选择。文章将顾客价值理论引入民办高校管理中,阐述了民办高校顾客价值的内涵,分析了其影响因素,阐明了校企合作办学模式对于提高民办高校顾客价值的作用,从提高民办高校的企业顾客价值和学生顾客价值的角度,提出了加强校企合作、提高顾客价值的策略,即把握校企合作的关键点,提高企业顾客价值,做好校企合作的五个结合,提高学生顾客价值,增强企业和学生作为民办高校顾客的满意度和忠诚度,提升民办高校顾客价值。 The education mode of university-enterprise cooperation is the best choice of private colleges to improve their customer value. The article introduced the customer value into private college management,clarified the connotation,analyzed the influence factors of customer value in private colleges,illuminated the meaning of the education mode of university-enterprise cooperation for the improvement of customer value in private colleges. It put forward the strategy to enhance the university-enterprise cooperation and the customer value from the perspective of the improvement of the enterprise customer value and the students customer value in the private colleges. The strategy grasp the key points of university-enterprise cooperation to improve enterprise customer value,and do well in five combinations of school-enterprise cooperation to improve students' customer value,which could enhance the customer satisfaction and loyalty,of enterprise and students as a private colleges, and promote private colleges customer value.
