The Systematization Construction of the New Social Stratum's Political Participation in Contemporary China

当代中国新社会阶层政治参与的迅速发展在为我国政治和社会生活注入活力的同时,也带来了理论和实践上的挑战。新社会阶层政治参与要顺利有序地实现,必须对其进行制度化建设。制度化建设的研究包括制度化建设的基本原则、基础条件、基本途径、基本目标和长期性的探索。只有完善了相应的制度建设才能趋利避害,避免新社会阶层政治参与的负面影响,使之向规范、科学、积极的方向发展,从而有益于中国特色社会主义民主政治建设。

Today, the booming political participation of the new social stratum has brought both energy to our political and social life, and theoretic and practical challenges in China. If the participation will be realized prosperously, the systematization construction must be improved. The study should include the exploration of the basic principles, conditions, approaches, objectives and chronicity. Only if the construction is perfected, the country can avoid the negative effects, and lead it to develop towards normative, scientific and positive trend, which will benefit the democratic political construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
