大学生气质性格兴趣及对职业规划意义的研究

College Students' Temperament, Personality and Interest and the Influences on their Career Planning

当前大学生的气质类型中以多血质占多数,性格集中在混合型,其中多血质的学生明显偏外向。学生的专业认同度较高,职业兴趣与专业比较相关。大学生应重视气质性格兴趣在职业生涯中的应用,指导教师须采用灵活的教育方式,引导学生根据自己气质类型,结合自己的兴趣、性格和决策类型,理智分析并选择自己适宜的职业发展方向。

At present most college students are sanguine, mixed personalities, and obviously extroverted. Their professional identification is satisfactory and their professional interests are related to their majors. They should pay attention to the application of temperaments, personalities and professional interests in their career plans. Teachers need to adopt a flexible way of education, and guide them to analyze and choose the appropriate development direction rationally according to their situations.
