Analysis of Weak Ties Relations in E-learning Environment

采用个案研究法对某虚拟学习社区进行分析,找出弱连接的互动规律及其在人际关系维系、信息认知、问题解决、隐性知识传递、情感支持以及教育传播六方面的优势与不足,并给出相应的解决方案。

The essay analyzes a virtual learning community by using the case study method, and ifnds out the interactive regularity of weak ties, and the effect and inadequate of it in network for six points： relationship maintaining, Information cognition, problem solving, tacit knowledge transfer, emotional supporting and educational communication. At last, it provides some corresponding solutions.
