摘要 目的:比较双源FLASH CT不同扫描方案在冠脉成像中图像质量和辐射剂量的差别。材料与方法:对需做冠脉CT心率小于等于65次/分,心律整齐患者118例,随机分为A、B两组,分别采用Flash模式与前瞻性心电门控触发模式进行冠脉扫描,盲法评价分析A、B两组患者冠脉图像质量及X线辐射剂量。结果:Flash扫描模式下扫描与前门控触发扫描所得具有诊断价值的血管节段数和平均图像质量评分无显著统计学差异。Flash模式下扫描辐射剂量显著低于前瞻性心电门控触发模式。结论:Flash扫描模式能显著降低患者冠脉CTA的辐射剂量。 Purpose: To compare image quality and radiation dose using different low-dose scan protocols in dualsource FLASH CT coronary angiography. Materials and Methods: One hundred eighteen patients (67 men, 51women) with heart rate less than 65 beats per minute were randomized to divide into group A and group B. In group A, CT was performed using FLASH mode; In group B, CT was performed using the prospectively electrocardiography (ECG)-gated mode. The image quality and radiation in all coronary segments were evaluated by two blinded and independent observers. Resnlts: Diagnostic image quality was obtained 875 segments in group A and 878 segments in group B. Mean image quality grades showed no significant difference between two groups. Mean estimated radiation dose was signi? cantly lower in group A than in group B. Conclusion: A high-pitch spiral CT coronary angiographic protocol will reduce the radiation dose in patients with heart rates less than 65 beats per minute.
