糖尿病肾病(DN)是糖尿病(DM)最常见的并发症之一,一旦导致肾功能损害,病情将不可逆转,早期正确诊断及治疗对患者的预后具有重要意义。随着影像技术的不断发展,超声检查已成为诊断糖尿病肾病的重要方法。本文就超声相关检查诊断糖尿病肾病的研究现状做一综述,并对其未来发展进行展望。

Diabetic nephropathy （DN） is one of the most common complication of diabetes mellitus（DM）. Once lead to kidney damage, the condition will be irreversible. Early accurate diagnosis and treatment is of great significance to the prognosis of patients. With the development of imaging techniques, ultrasound has become an important method in the diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy. This article reviews research situation of Ultrasonic diagnosis of diabetic nephropathy and further improvements.
