不同产地云芝中多糖体外抗氧化活性的研究

Antioxidant Activity of Polysaccharides in Coriolus Versicolor from Different Regions

目的:测定不同产地云芝中多糖和多糖中蛋白的含量,并对提取多糖进行抗氧化活性的研究。方法:采用苯酚-硫酸法测定多糖含量,以葡萄糖为标准品,紫外分光光度法对不同产地云芝中多糖的含量进行检测;采用考马斯亮蓝法测定多糖中蛋白的含量,以牛血清白蛋白为标准品,紫外分光光度法对不同产地云芝多糖中蛋白含量进行了检测;以清除DPPH自由基为指标测定不同产地云芝中多糖的抗氧化活性。结果:在所选四种不同产地云芝中,云南产云芝多糖的总糖含量最高,为77.3%;黑龙江产云芝多糖蛋白含量最高,为15.9%;黑龙江产云芝多糖对DPPH的清除效果最好,IC50值为0.832g/ml。结论:四个产地云芝中多糖含量除云南产含量相对较高外,其他三个产地多糖含量差异不明显;多糖中蛋白含量依次为黑龙江>山东>吉林>云南;清除DPPH自由基能力依次为:黑龙江>山东>吉林>云南。

Objective：To determine the content,protein in Polysaccharides and antioxidant activity of Coriolus versicolor in different regions.Methods：With Glucoseβ as a reference,the contents of Polysaccharides in Coriolus versicolor from different regions were determined by UV spectrophotometry.The content of protein in Polysaccharides was determined by Bradford method.The inhibitory rate of DPPH scavenging activity was analyzed for Coriolus versicolor in four regions.Results：The content of Polysaccharides in Yunnan was the highest among the four different regions,and its average Polysaccharides content was 77.3 ％ ; the content of protein in Polysaccharides in Heilongjiang was the highest among the four different regions,and its average protein content was 15.9％ ;the inhibitory rate of DPPH was the highest in Heilongjiang,and its average IC50 was 0.832g /mL.Conclusion：The contents of Polysaccharides are not significantly different from different regions.The content of protein in Polysaccharides in different regions is：Heilongjiang ＞ Shandong ＞ Jilin ＞ Yunnan.The DPPH scavenging ability of Polysaccharides in different regions is：Heilongjiang ＞ Shandong ＞ Jilin ＞ Yunnan.
