摘要
目的:研究艾纳香油对大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤创面组织的治疗作用,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:建立大鼠深Ⅱ度烫伤模型,随机分成模型空白对照组,阳性药物对照组(美宝湿润烧伤膏)和艾纳香油组,每天给药1次,连续给药21天;观察确定各组大鼠烫伤创面表皮脱落时间,并在给药后不同的6个时间相点进行取样,测定大鼠烫伤创面愈合率,烫伤创面组织含水量,血浆中超氧化歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)和创面组织中羟脯氨酸含量。结果:与模型空白组相比,艾纳香油可以明显的加快创面处表皮脱落,对创面愈合率影响较大(P<0.05,P<0.01);迅速降低烫伤创面组织处的皮肤组织的含水量(P<0.05);在烫伤初期,能明显地提高大鼠血浆中的SOD活性(P<0.05,P<0.01),降低MDA含量(P<0.05);升高创面组织中的羟脯氨酸的水平(P<0.05)。结论:艾纳香油对深Ⅱ度烫伤具有良好的治疗效果,在创面表皮脱落,创面愈合率,组织含水量等方面均有良好的改善作用;初步研究机制表明,可能与提高SOD活性,减少MDA,以及提升皮肤组织中羟脯氨酸水平等有关。
Objective:To observe the protective effect and mechanism of Blumea balsamifera oil (BBO) on deep grade Ⅱ burn wounds in rats.Method:The deep grade Ⅱ skin burn models were established.The rats were randomly divided into a model group,a positive control group (MeiBao Ointment),a BBO group.BBO was adopted for wounds once every day for 21d.Phenodata was observed every day after burn assuring the time of full-thickness skin loss and collected at six time points to determine the wound healing rate,the wound tissues water content,SOD,MDA and hydroxyproline.Results:The BBO group skin loss and wound healing were significantly accelerated.At different time points,BBO could increase the level of SOD,and decrease the tissues water content and MDA,especially the prophase of burn.Conclusion:BBO shows a clearly protective effect on deep grade Ⅱ burn wounds in rats by accelerating skin loss and wound healing,at the same time,decreasing the wound tissues water content.It might be related to the increase in SOD,hydroxyproline and the decrease in MDA at different time points.
