消蕈汤口服治疗大肠息肉50例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Oral Xiaojun Decoction for 50 Cases of Colorectal Polyps

为观察消蕈汤口服治疗大肠息肉的疗效，探讨本方对不同病理类型、临床症状的大肠息肉是否具有疗效方面的差别，对经电子结肠镜检查确诊为大肠息肉50例用消蕈汤治疗3个月后，对患者治疗前后临床症状、肠镜下情况等疗效指标进行判断分析。结果显示，（1）治疗后临床控制14例，显效31例，有效2例，无效3例；肠镜下息肉完全缓解21例，基本缓解23例，有效3例，无效3例。（2）治疗后评价为“有效”和“无效”的7例患者中，增生性息肉1例，绒毛状腺瘤2例，管状绒毛状腺瘤4例，电子结肠镜下息肉完全消失患者20例。结果表明，（1）治疗后患者各临床症状有明显好转，有效率达94％。（2）肠镜下息肉有效率达88％。（3）绒毛状腺瘤、管状绒毛状腺瘤与其他病理类型息肉的疗效相比具有显著性差异（P〈0．01），对绒毛状腺瘤与管状绒毛状腺瘤的疗效较其他病理类型大肠息肉相对较差。（4）对于纳呆、里急后重、排便习惯改变和大便形状改变4种临床症状，具有明确治疗优势；对于暖气、口干、便血，临床症状可部分缓解；对于腹痛、腹胀、黏液便疗效一般。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of oral Xiaojun decoction for colorectal polyps and to further discuss the efficacy difference of Xiaojun decoction in treating eolorectal polyps between different pathological types and clinical symptoms, 50 eases of eoloreetal polyps diagnosed by coloscopy were treated for 3 months. All cases were analyzed for clinical symptoms and coloseopic findings. The results showed that, 1）14 cases were of clinical control,31 cases of improvement,2 of efficacy,3 of no response.Coloscopy showed that 21 eases remitted completely, 23 basically remitted, 3 effective, 3 showed no response. 2） Of 7 cases evaluated as effective and ineffective, 1 ease was of hyperplastic polyps, two of villous adenomas, four of tubular villous adenoma,20 of complete disappearance of polyps showed by electronic colonoscopy.It is concluded that： 1）clinical symptoms got improved after treatment,the effective rate was up to 94%.2）coloscopy showed the effective rate reached 88%.3）Villous adenoma,tubular villous adenoma showed significant difference from other pathological types of polyps in efficacy （ P （0.01）.Xiaojun decoction showed poorer efficacy to villous adenoma and tubular villous adenoma than to other pathological types of polyps. 4）It was obviously effective for four clinical symptoms such as anorexia,tenesmus, change in bowel habits and stool appearance, and partially effective for belching, dry mouth and blood in the stools, and not effective for abdominal pain, distention and mucous stools.
