RPH加聚桂醇注射治疗痔的临床体会

Clinical Experience of RPH Plus Lauromacrogol Injection Therapy for Hemorrhoids

为观察痔上黏膜套扎术（RPH）加聚桂醇注射治疗痔的临床疗效，应用RPH加内痔聚桂醇注射治疗28例痔患者，其中混合痔13例，内痔15例。平均手术时间30min，平均住院时间3～5d。术后随访6～12个月，患者症状改善，无感染、大出血、肛缘水肿、肛门狭窄、肛门溢液等并发症和后遗症。结果表明，RPH加内痔聚桂醇注射治疗痔疗效好、恢复快、创伤小、并发症少。

This study was to observe the clinical efficacy of RPH plus lauromacrogol injection therapy for hemorrhoids, 28 cases received this therapy, of which, 13 cases were of mixed hemorrhoids, 15 cases internal hemorrhoids.The average operation time was 30 min and the average hospital stay was 3-Sd.All cases were followed up for 6-12 months, there were improvements in symptoms, and no infection, massive hemorrhage,anal edema,anal stenosis,anal discharge and other complications and sequelae occurred. It is concluded that RPH plus lauromacrogol injection therapy for hemorrhoids is of better efficacy,rapid recovery, less injury and less complications.
