重症急性化脓性胆管炎急诊内镜治疗的临床价值 被引量：6

摘要 急性化脓性胆管炎是由于各种原因致使胆管急性不完全或完全梗阻、胆管内压力升高和细菌感染引起的胆管急性化脓性炎症，若不及时处理极易发展至重症急性化脓性胆管炎（ severe acute suppurative cholangitis, SASC），出现多器官功能衰竭、胆源性的感染性休克，甚至危及患者生命。
