γ干扰素与自噬在抗沙眼衣原体感染中的作用 被引量:2

摘要 沙眼衣原体(Chlamydia trachomatis,Ct)具有广泛致病谱,是引起感染性致盲的首要病因,也是性传播疾病的主要病原体。γ干扰素在抗Ct感染中起重要作用。自噬是维持细胞内环境自稳的一种自我保护机制,与γ干扰素介导的抗Ct感染作用关系密切。就γ干扰素与自噬抗Ct感染的作用进行综述。 Chlamydia trachomatis which has widely pathogenicity is not only a leading cause of infective blindness, but also the major pathogen of sexually transmitted disease. Previous studies have shown that interferon-y (IFN-γ) plays an impor- tant role in defense against C. trachomatis. Autophagy , as a self-defense mechanism of preserving intracellular homeosta- sis, has a close correlation with IFN-γ-mediated anti-C, trachomatis infection. In this review, we will discuss the role of au- tophagy in IFN-γ-mediated anti-C, trachomatis infection.
