摘要
由于破骨细胞在骨质疏松及相关疾病中的关键作用,对它的研究成为攻克这些疾病的必由之路。选择便捷高效的体外培养方法,是开展体外破骨细胞研究的前提。破骨细胞是终末分化细胞,不能增殖传代,因此破骨细胞的体外培养一直是一个具有挑战性的难题。本文就常见的破骨细胞体外培养技术和鉴定方法做简要概述。
Osteoclasts play a key role in osteoporosis and the related diseases.Study of osteoclasts is essential to conquer these diseases.Building an effective and convenient cultural method in vitro is the premise of osteoclast research.The osteoclast is the terminally differentiated cell which can not proliferate.Therefore, the osteoclast culture in vitro is still a challenging problem.This article summarizes the common culture and identification method of osteoclasts.
