SiC_p含量对Al-Cu-Mg基复合材料磨损性能的影响

摘要 采用粉末冶金法制备不同Si Cp含量的Al-Cu-Mg基复合材料,用X线衍射仪、布氏硬度计、ML-10摩擦磨损机、扫描电镜测试样品的物相组成、布氏硬度、磨损性、表面形貌。结果表明:随Si Cp含量的增加,试样的晶格常数逐渐减小,硬度逐渐增大,Si Cp质量分数为15%的样品布氏硬度达到71.8HBW;试样的耐磨性随Si C含量的增加先增大后减小,Si C质量分数为12%的样品具有最好的耐磨性。 Aluminium- copper- magnesium based composite materials with different Si Cpcontent were synthesized by powder metallurgy. The phase,Brinell hardness,wear and surface morphology were tested by X-ray diffractometer,Brinell hardness tester,ML-10 type wear testing machine,scanning electron microscope,respectively. The results show that with Si Cpcontent increasing,the lattice constant decreases and hardness increases. The wear resistance increases and then decreases as the Si C content increases. The Brinell hardness of sample with 15% mass fraction of Si Cpis 71.8HBW. The sample with 12% mass fraction of Si C has the best wear resistance.
