摘要
利用分离式霍普金森压杆装置(SHPB),对不同形状的铝合金、铜合金、45钢、82钢和钛合金进行动态冲击试验,通过扫描电镜观察绝热剪切带的微观形貌,从理论和实验中分析应变和应变率对绝热剪切过程的影响。研究表明,只有当材料具有一定大的应变量、足够高的应变率时,才会出现绝热剪切带。
The Split Hopkinson Pressure Bar(SHPB)was used to study the process of adiabatic shear of Al alloy,Cu alloy,45 steel,82 steel and Ti alloy. Adiabatic shear band and crack were observed using scanning electron microscopy. The effect of strain and strain rate on the process of adiabatic shear was studied from theory and test. The result shows that adiabatic shear bands won't appear until both strain and strain rate reach certain values.
