不同辅助生殖技术方法获得的单胎儿分娩结局的比较

Comparison the outcome of singleton infants born from different assisted reproductive technology methods

目的比较体外受精(IVF)、卵胞浆内单精子注射(ICSI)以及补救性卵胞浆内单精子注射(R-ICSI)3种授精方式单胎出生儿的结局,探讨ICSI/R-ICSI授精对新生儿结局的影响。方法回顾性分析了2005年至2012年本中心接受辅助生殖技术(ART)助孕治疗并单胎分娩的周期4 051例,根据授精方式不同分为:IVF组(3 406例)、ICSI组(558例)和R-ICSI组(87例)。分析各组出生儿早产率、低体重比率、性别比和新生儿出生缺陷数据。结果 IVF、ICSI和R-ICSI 3组出生儿早产率分别为4.2%、5.2%和5.7%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);低体重儿比率分别为14.0%、13.4%和17.2%,无统计学差异(P>0.05);出生儿性别(男/女)比分别为1.005∶1、1.036∶1和0.64∶1,无统计学差异(P>0.05);新生儿出生缺陷分别为2.14%、2.53%和3.61%,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论不同辅助生殖技术方法不影响单胎儿分娩结局。

Objective： To compare the outcome of singleton infants born from IVF, ICSI and rescue intracytoplasmic sperm injection（R-ICSI）. Methods： The data of 4 051 patients who were treated with assisted reproductive technology（ART） and had single birth in our center from 9,005 to 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided to 3 groups：IVF group（n=3 406）,ICSI group（n=558）and R-ICSI group（n= 87） according to the different ART method. The premature birth rate, low body weight rate, gender ratio and newborn birth defects rate were compared among the three groups. Results： The premature birth rate in the three groups was 4.2%,5.2% and 5.7%;the low body weight rate 14.0%,13.4% and 17.2%;the sex ratio 1. 005 ： 1,1. 036 ： 1 and 0.64 ： 1,the newborn birth defects rate 2.14%, 2.53% and 3.61% in the three groups respectively. There were no significant differences in all the parameters above among the three groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusions： There is no effect of the different ART methods on the outcome of singleton infants born.
