热镀锌钢和低合金钢热膨胀系数的测定和分析

摘要 通过实验测定热镀锌钢和低合金钢的热膨胀系数,得出3种线膨胀系数与温度的关系曲线。结果表明,材料的化学成分和微观组织影响相变点,进一步影响材料的总膨胀量。热镀锌钢和低合金钢的线膨胀系数具有各向性。 The thermal expansion coefficient of low alloy steel and hot-dip galvanized steel were measured by experiment.And the relationship between linear expansion coefficient and temperature was obtained. The results show that the chemical component and microstructure influence the phase transformation point of the steel, and further influence the overall swell capacity. Low alloy steel and hot-dip galvanized steel have isotropic linear expansion coefficient.
