摘要
在880℃和920℃奥氏体化温度下对不同直径30Mn Si钢筋进行直接淬火和分段淬火处理,研究热处理工艺对其微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明,分段淬火使30Mn Si钢筋微观组织中马氏体、铁素体和珠光体的分布发生变化,从而改善30Mn Si钢筋的硬度分布。
The effect of heat treatment process on microstructure and properties of 30 Mn Si steel was studied by direct quenching and stage-quenching after austenitizing at 880 ℃ and 920 ℃. The results show that the distribution of martensite, ferrite and pearlitic are changed due to stage- quenching, and the distribution of the microhardness of the30 Mn Si steel is improved
