摘要
基于温度、应力应变和微观结构之间的耦合效应关系,采用JMat Pro软件建立激光局部热处理的多场耦合模型,分析了热处理过程中温度场和残余应力场的分布。结果表明,70Cr3Mo钢内部和表面的最大残余应力分别为11.9 MPa和190 MPa,其边缘组织中的奥氏体几乎全部转化为马氏体。
The multi-field coupling modelling of the laser partial heat treatment according to the relationship between temperature, stress-strain and microstructure was established by JMat Pro, and the distribution of temperature field and residue stress field were analyzed. The results show that the maximum residue stress of the internal and surface are 11.9MPa and 190 MPa, respectively, and the austenite almost translate into martensite at the edage of the 70Cr3 Mo steel.
