大陆中小压铸企业亟需提升竞争力

Competitiveness of Median-small Die-casting Enterprises in Chinese Mainland Needs to Be Raised

针对目前大陆中小压铸企业竞争力的共性问题,结合世界各地区竞争力要素的变化趋势,参考世界发达国家压铸技术和管理的先进理念,提出了面向全球的提升竞争力的基本途径和方法。基本结论是:企业面临着巨大的生存挑战,也存在自我发展的良好机遇。企业高层应改变观念、面对现实、从精神面、工厂面、工艺面、品质面4个层面找准改善目标并持续行动,那么持续发展的空间还是会很大。

Aimed at the common and competitive issues of median-small die-casting enterprises in Chinese mainland and the competitiveness change tendency overseas, combining the die-casting experiences of advanced countries, the basic way and methods to raise competitiveness of median-small die-casting enterprises were described. The gotten results is that the median-small die-casting enterprises in Chinese mainland face a very big challenge, but also have very good opportunities to develop themselves. The top layer of the enterprises needs to change minds, face to actual status and set up the targets on 4 aspects, and then it would be possible to continuously raise and develope the competitiveness.
