摘要
采用能够进行大热输入的新型低合金实心焊丝G55对E40钢进行双丝埋弧焊接,热输入量分别为60、125和160 k J/cm,研究焊缝区的力学性能。结果表明,焊缝区组织以针状分布的铁素体为主。随输入热量的增大,焊缝韧性增强。大热输入能够有效提高焊缝的强度。
The mechanical properties of E40 steel double wire submerged arc weld line with different heat input conditions, which are 60, 125 and 160 k J/cm, respectively, were studied. The results show that the microstructure of the weld zone is acicular ferrite. With the increase of heat input, the toughness of welding line increase. And high heat input effectively improve the strength of the welding line.
