胶质瘤基于组学方法的分子标记物的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 胶质瘤是成人最常见的原发性脑肿瘤,约占全部颅内肿瘤的40%~50%,采用组学方法获得了一些与其临床病理特征及预后密切相关、生物学意义明确的分子标记物。这些标记物包括:PTEN基因、IDH基因变异、1p/19q杂合型缺失、p53基因突变、mir-30e、miR-204、lncRNA H19、MGMT启动子区甲基化、组蛋白乙酰化、Migfilin蛋白、S100B蛋白等。总之,胶质瘤分子标记物的研究为胶质瘤的临床诊断和治疗研究提供了更多分子靶标。
