摘要 恶性大脑中动脉梗死致死率、致残率高,预后不佳,本文就恶性大脑中动脉梗死的预测,内科治疗,外科手术治疗依据,手术适应征、技巧、时机以及手术患者年龄的选择,在近年来的研究进展做一次综述。
