左股骨骨干结核误诊为慢性化脓性骨髓炎1例 被引量：2

Diaphyseal tuberculosis of left femur misdiagnosed as chronic suppurative osteomyelitis:a case report

摘要 患者,男,28岁,因＂左股骨骨折术后5个月,反复流脓1个月＂入院。5个月前车祸致左股骨开放性骨折,局部软组织损伤严重,伤口内可见沙土,伤后急送于当地医院行左大腿清创缝合加左胫骨结节骨牵引术,Ⅱ期予左股骨骨折切开复位髓内钉内固定术,术后左大腿伤口愈合出院。1个月前左大腿外侧手术瘢痕破溃、流脓,局部肿胀,无发热、咯血、盗汗等全身不适症状,患者体重及体力稍减退,饮食正常。
