Evaluate of brain regional homogeneity of heroin dependent patients in resting-sate by functional magnetic resonance imaging

摘要 目的采用局部一致性方法(ReHo)评价海洛因成瘾者静息态下脑局部神经元自发活动的改变,及其与用药时间和剂量的关系。方法选择未接受美沙酮治疗的海洛因依赖者(HD组)17例和健康对照者(NC组)15名,通过EPI序列扫描获取静息态数据,比较两组ReHo差异,分析其与海洛因使用时间和剂量的关系。结果与NC组相比,HD组ReHo值增大的脑区为左侧颞上回,减低的脑区为左侧颞下回、左侧前扣带回、左侧尾状核、左侧背外侧前额叶。左侧颞下回ReHo值与使用海洛因总剂量呈负相关(r=-0.558,P=0.048)。结论海洛因成瘾者存在ReHo异常,主要涉及成瘾过程中的认知控制、情感调节、听觉等相关脑区。 Objective To evaluate the changes of brain regional homogeneity of heroin dependent patients in resting-sate by regional gomogeneity(ReHo)and its relationship with heroin duration and dose.Methods Seventeen heroin dependent patients without receiving methadone-maintained treatment(HD group)and fifteen control subjects(NC group)were examined with MR gradient echo-echo planar imaging sequence,then the variance of ReHo was compared between two groups and its relationship with the duration and dose was analyzed.Results Compared with NC group,ReHo increased in the left superior temporal gyrus,and decreased in the left inferior temporal gyrus,anterior cingulate,caudate nucleus and dorsalateral prefrontal cortex in HD group.There was a negative correlation between ReHo in the left inferior temporal gyrus and total dose of heroin(r=-0.558,P=0.048).Conclusion The ReHo of heroin dependent patients has abnormalities in resting-sate,the brain regions mainly associated with cognition control,affection,auditory cortex and so on.
