介绍化工生产过程中常用的串级控制系统的工作原理及其Deltav组态,并对流量-液位串级控制系统、流量-温度串级控制系统、流量-压力串级控制系统、压力-温度串级控制系统和温度-温度串级控制系统5种模型的应用场合进行了分析说明。
The working principle of commonly-used cascade control system in chemical production process was introduced, including analysis of the cascade control system for the flow-level control, flow-temperature con- trol, flow-pressure control, pressure-temperature control and the temperature-temperature control respectively.
