Dewatering Device for Aging Oil Deep Distillation

针对吉林油田的老化油现象,研制出一套老化油深度脱水装置——U形管半布管形式的管壳式换热器。该装置分为左右两个腔室,左腔室为初蒸,可以实现老化油含水率由10.0%降至1.0%的目标,右腔室为精蒸,可以实现老化油含水率由1.0%降至0.5%的目标。全装置实现自动化管理,以温度控制老化油进装置流量,以导热油流量调节温度,有严格的防爆沸报警系统,具有很高的安全性。

Aiming at the aging oil in Jilin Oilfield, an aging oil dewatering device was developed, which em- ploys a tube-shell heat exchanger which boasting of U-tube＇ s half-layout form and has two chambers, of which, the left chamber as the preliminary distillation unit can reduce aging oil moisture content from 10% to 1% , and the right chamber for rectification can decrease aging oil moisture content from 1.0% to O. 5%. The auto-control device which having aging oil＇ s flow managed upon the temperature control and the temperature adjusted upon the conduction oil flow as well as being equipped with an anti-explosive boiling alarm system has high security and a very important economic significance for timely recovery and processing of the aging oil.
