采用床层压降检测反应器内催化剂的结焦量 被引量:1

Measuring Coke Amount of Catalysts in Reactor via Bed Pressure Drop

摘要 分别检测了装填8种不同结焦量催化剂的固定床和流化床床层的整床压降,并建立了反应器内的催化剂结焦量与床层整床压降的关联模型。模型预测效果较好,通过预测模型求得的预测结焦量与真实结焦量的相关系数均大于0.990,平均相对误差均小于5%。该研究结果为反应器内催化剂结焦量的实时在线检测提供了可能。 The bed pressure drop of both fixed bed and fluidized bed packed with catalysts of eight different coke amounts was measured respectively, and a correlation model for coke amount of the catalyst within the re- actor was established. The model has better predict result and the correlation coefficient (r) between predicted results and actual values is greater than 0. 990 together with an average relative error (ARE) less than 5%. The research result offers the possibility for on-line measurement of catalysts' coke amount in the reactor.
