摘要
针对目前安全阀校验受理效率低和校验结果受校验人员的技术水平及职业道德等人为因素影响较大,造成安全阀校验质量和效率不高的问题,开发了安全阀校验网上申请系统、解体清洗与粗调软件、校验操作端软件和出/入库软件。通过压力传感器、条形码技术和计算机网络技术将校验软件与OA系统数据库相连,实现了从约检、受理、缴费、解体清洗、粗调、整定压力校验、密封性能实验、入库、出库、校验记录填写、校验报告填写、审核和审批的整个流程的网络化作业。
Considering the factors which influencing calibration quality and efficiency of the safety valve, the online application system for the valve calibration, its disintegration cleaning and the software for its rough reg- ulation, calibration and storage was developed. Making use of the pressure sensor, bar code technology and computer network technology, the calibration software connecting with OA database can implement the inspec- tion, acceptance, payment, disintegration cleaning, coarse regulation, setting pressure calibration, sealing performance test, delivery and storage, filling in and check and approval of the check record and check re- port.
