随着人们对健康与营养的关注度的提升,赤藓糖醇的研究也日益深入。综述了赤藓糖醇的特性和其预防龋病的机制以及赤藓糖醇在糖果类、巧克力类、奶制品、新型钙片中的应用。
The research of erythritol is increasingly deepened as much more attention has been paid on health and nutrition. This paper reviews the characteristics of erythritol, its mechanism in prevention of caries, and its application in candies, chocolates, dairy products and new calcium tablets.
