Discussion on Appearance Quality Management of Automobile Coating in Assembly Workshop

依据总装车间生产特点,分析末端因素,建立了保护汽车油漆外观质量的管控方案与措施,从正向工艺开展与逆向过程遏制两条线索层层展开,根据目前现状,探讨后期面漆质量管理思路与方向。

According to the production property of assembly workshop, the control scheme and measures to protect the appearance quality of automobile coating were established by analyzing terminal factors from two clues which were positive process and reverse process containment. The late topcoat quality management ideas and direction were explored based on the present situation.
