经直肠超声引导下13点前列腺穿刺活检术152例临床应用 被引量:4

摘要 在我国前列腺癌(prostate cancer,PCa)的发病率近年呈上升趋势,已跃居男性泌尿、生殖系统恶性肿瘤的第3位[1]。这也对前列腺癌的诊断提出新的要求,通过简便、安全的方法得到早期诊断,以获得最佳治疗时机。随着经直肠超声(transreetal ultrasound,TRUS)和超声引导下前列腺穿刺活检的应用,更多的前列腺癌被早期发现。本文回顾性分析2011年1月至2013年1月期间对152例怀疑前列腺癌患者行13针法TRUS引导下前列腺穿刺活检术的临床资料,以探讨TRUS引导下前列腺穿刺活检术对诊断前列腺癌的价值及并发症的防治。
