渐入深秋,朝阳的天气似乎一下子就冷起来了.周末的一个上午,魏国升志愿者爱心服务队的一支小分队再次集结,带上温暖的棉衣和生活必需品,走进朝阳市龙城区边杖子镇敬老院,看望居住在那里的孤寡老人.老人们已经记不清,这些满脸阳光的年轻人是第几次来到他们身边,只记得每次他们到来,院里飘荡的满是欢歌笑语.

On a weekend morning,Wei Guosheng Volunteer Caring Service Team came to the geracomium in Bianzhangzi Town of Chaoyang City with cotton-padded clothes and some articles for daily use for the elders there.Over 25 years of working life,he has donated half of his wage to needy families and individuals every month.Moved and inspired by him,a group of caring people in Chaoyang joined his caring service team.In 2008,the Wei Guosheng Volunteer Caring Service Team was established,attracting people from all walks of life.Through media publicity,more people have been moved to join and the team from300 members into an organization with 20 subgroups totaling 3,886 members with matching expansion of the activity scope.There are caring activities covering both rural and urban areas every week.They have become a vital new force promoting civic consciousness and spreading positive energy in Chaoyang City.
