Many of Jin Yong’s Kungfu novels were written with political situation as the background.Cases in point include The Legendary Swordsman and The Deer and the Cauldron, stories of which go with the court fights in the government His Blade-dance of the Two Lovers impresses readers as being a comic but it goes aLso with the political situation. When the stories go at the turn of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,he never forgets to write stories related to Liaoning..Jin Yong’ s The Return of the Condor.Heroes has three volumes, being a "big series",while his Sword Stained with Royal Blood and The Deer and the Cauldron belong to "small series".In addition, there is a "medium series" which include The Book and the Sword,Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain.and The Young Flying Fox.Jin Yong doesn’t like Chen Jialuo whom he thirds is not straightfard. He loves straightforward and candid noryheast Chinese men like Hu Yidao from Liaodong. In his Flying Fox of Snowy Mountain,Hu Fei is just the number two hero while the number one herb is his father Hu Yidao.
