针对专业人才培养的滞后性问题,提出一种吻合产业发展的专业群的专业动态设置机制,以信息技术服务外包专业群为例,从界定人才培养规格、建设产业发展数据库、动态调整专业群的专业(方向)和课程、凝练专业特色等方面,探讨了动态设置专业,体现专业前瞻性、科学性、发展性的思路和方法。

For the lag problem of professional personnel training,industry professional group of professional dynamic setting mechanism agreement with the industrial development was given,information technology service outsourcing professional group as an example,the personnel training specification definition,construction industry professional group of database,dynamic adjustment （direction） and professional courses,concise characteristic,etc.,the dynamic set up the professional,reflect professional prospective,scientific,developmental ideas and methods was discussed.
