Based on systematically explaining the concept of public hospital corporate governance, the practical value and significance of establishing the corporate governance structure of public hospitals in China and the problems which are the corporate governance structure of Chinese public hospitals current facing were discussed. The feasible strategy choices of corporate governance structure of Chinese public hospital were presented to provide theory support and decision-making reference for the reform of public hospitals.
