Improving hospital information system construction to promote hospital lean management

通过对JCI标准的理解以及在JCI评审准备过程中的实践和体会,从临床路径型服务模式、医嘱闭环管理模式、整体护理工作模式、全面医疗质量管理等方面阐述了基于JCI标准的电子病历系统建设思路,通过电子病历系统的建设,更好地支撑医院各项医疗业务的开展,提高医疗质量和精细化管理水平。同时提出电子病历系统应以"大数据化、智能化与区域化"为发展重点。

Based on the practice and experiences of JCI accreditation and the understanding of JCI standards, JCI standard based electronic medical record system has been developed in aspects of clinical pathway management, medical record closed loop management, integrated care and total medical quality management. The electronic medical record can better support medical service provision and improve hospital lean management. The key point of electronic medical record system is big data, intelligence and regionalization.
