摘要
职能部门在医院发展中起着不可或缺的作用,且随着人们对职能部门认识和定位的改变,越来越多地参与到医院战略的制定和执行过程中。但因其工作不直接与效益挂钩,且量化困难,如何公正、公平地设计考核体系,做到既提高整体绩效又使员工满意,是绩效考核的难点。本文从如何确定职能部门绩效系数和设计绩效指标出发,对构建职能部门绩效考核体系进行了探索。
Functional departments play an indispensable role in the development of the hospital. It is more and more involved in designing and implementing hospital strategy with the changes of the understanding and positioning of functional departments. But due to the work not directly linked to benefits and difficult to quantify, it is difficult to build a fair and just performance appraisal system to improve the overall performance and make the employees satisfied. In this paper, the author made rational thinking about building the performance appraisal system of functional departments in views of how to determine the coefficient of performance and design performance indicators.
