摘要
在医疗市场竞争日益激烈的环境下,人力资源管理创新是医院长远发展的重要支撑力量。温州医科大学附属第一医院针对医院人力成本控制难度大、平均主义、内部分配不公平等问题,采用"以岗定薪"薪酬管理理论,优化设计非事业编制职工薪酬制度,并制定配套的管理措施,充分调动非事业编制职工的工作积极性,为医院创效增收。
Under the increasingly competitive medical market environment,human resources management innovation is an important support for the long-term development of the hospital. In view of the problems such as difficulty on controlling human cost, egalitarianism, internal unfair distribution, the first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou medical university adopt“salary based on the post”management theory, optimizes compensation system of contracted staff and draw up supporting management measures on full mobilize the enthusiasm of employee to increase hospital income and improve efficiency for the hospital.
